Banks Refinance...

If this is the deal. The bank/lenders would lose $300M + $110M in common shares they swapped debt for. Why wouldn't they just renegotiate the debt to a new term and keep the company going? Bellatrix was still able to make the interest payments with AECO NG trending up.

Well MJ... I have a weird rash the banks!!! I'm claiming bankruptcy! I have $100k in debt. They wanna screw us. I have no problem to screw the banks then! This was the banks that screwed us. Because they could have renegotiated the debt to keep the company going.
