Bayfield Ventures Corp > the point some seem to be missing

the point some seem to be missing

here is that the real story here is about the Rainy River Gold Camp as a whole.

What management has or has not done in the past is in the past. This Rainy River property they are drilling is only one of many properties within this camp that are moving forward.

Drill results here to date are impressive. Of the four companies drilling in Rainy River that I follow all are making progress and all are proving out this as a new gold area with great potential.

It is just a matter of time before T.RR options or acquires a number of other properties within this camp.

Yesterday v.cyy released their PEA on their Rainy River Area properties.

Keep an eye on all the companies active in the area.

at these prices v.byv is a reasonable bet.

threepalms You said,  "Yesterday v.cyy released their PEA on their Rainy River Area properties." That is exactly my point. A PEA or resource count is necessary for us investors to know exactly where we stand with Bayfield and where we are headed. Jim Pettit promised a resource count along time ago but faild to deliver . If this SP is to go up significantly Assay results are not ...more

I do not disagree that a 43-101 will be needed here to bring back serious interest. Another company I hold a large position in just recently completed a major report on a Rainy River property but that has done little to catch people's interest. Even that one needs to put things into gear for a 43-101 report this year and I expect they might. In any event this Rainy River Camp will attract some ...more

I know jailtraders that from the past you want to critizice MM but BYV is not CYP or others. I will past some info i've  got from the company.   This leads me into answering your questions RE the NI 43-101 resource estimate. We were looking at having one done at this time last year but we then discovered this new eastern zone. This new zone has the potential to add many gold and ...more

How about answering my questions Dutch? You seem to have made yourself the spokesperson and defense attourney for Bayfield and its prospects... What experience and background do you have that you think enables you to rave about the opportunity with Bayfield? How long have you been investing in junior commodities? You figure after answering your questions you'd at least have the courtsey to ...more

dutchy31 You are good at dodging the issue. Drilling and assay results are important, BUT to move the SP forward WE NEED an NI43-101 resource count or PEA. If Bayfield lacks the money to work on a NI43-101 report then the investors are blinded as to how much Gold & Silver have really been proven up. This inhibits any smart investor to make a prudent  decision of whether to BUY, SELL,HOLD ...more

I disagree, Value is created through the drill bit, not through a premature NI43-101! We've debated this several times now. It's really unbelievable..... Bayview's hooked onto the high grade section of the Intrepid Zone hitting fantastic grades of gold and silver mineralization recently. The market has noticed these results and the stock is up. As they prove up this new zone the stock ...more

Blue... The fact that you haven't answered my questions regarding your background is pretty indicative that you're not super pumped to share the fact that you're inexperienced... I have no problem with people on these boards who are new...I actually try to help (contrary to what you might think). However, the fact that you spout off like some "know it all"...makes me chuckle ...more

Basher-buster5 a resource estimate @ this time would be a total waste of money. Buddy do the math yourself. If your smart enough to understand a Nl43-101 report i'm sure you can figure things out. BYV has had excellent high grade intercepts all over the property. Money will be well spent in continuing to drill the Intrepid system. There is nothing negative here so quit trying to mislead ...more

FrankSmart: How about cutting out the degrading remarks uou made to BASHER5 such as "if your smart enough". Let's dialogue with respect. The reason Jim Pettit originally promised an NI43-101 resource count in 2011 was because he knows as everyone knows that if you want brokers, houses and serious investors to climb aboard YOU HAVE TO PROVE WHAT YOU CLAIM, THAT IS, BAYFIELD IS PROVING ...more

Toasted, I don't need to give you any answers onto your questions, let that be clear! The only thing i would like to add is that I'am an investor for almost 40 years now and for the last 10 years also in junior explorers. Thats all!
Comment by FrankSmart on Jan 18, 2013 10:07am
jailtraders, go yell @ someone else. THINGS HAVE CHANGED HERE. YOU DON'T THIINK RR KNOWS HOW TO FUGIRE THINGS OUT? Sorry to p*ss on on your parade! Let's see what if we say there's LOTS of GOLD & SILVER there. RR's geo's & engineers are all on track with what Bayfeild has & is doing. What are you whining about the share price is up over 30%. Something else is that ...more

Dutch Anyone can buy a shares in junior company and call themselves an investor... With the "alleged" 40 years under your belt you'd think you'd be a little more refined in your stock picking T2
