Who owns Bayfield - The Breakdown

V.BYV (Insiders: 4.1%; Institutions: 7%; Public and Other: 88.9%)

Bayfield has reasonable insider ownership, but its institutional holding is very low. The explanation
is simple: absent a NI43-101 resource, many institutions are barred from owning BYV shares, even
if they see the takeover potential in the stock we do. There was no significant insider action at BYV
last year.

sccool... Anyone making an effort to read the SEDI reports would see a very significant portion of that insider ownership was obtained as a result of options over the years...There is also a pretty significant track record...or excersing those same Bayfield options and blowing them out the door... Kinda like milking a cow... T2

Hey thank you for the warm welcome, not like that Toast poster, he/she appears to have been in the business to long and is really cranky.
