Looks like massive dilution of this stock.  90-million shares to be issuedto FBHI, representing an ownership stake of approximately 33% of the combined Company at $0.15 per share.

Basically, giving away the company at shareholder's expense.

What a con job this management has pulled on current investors.  They are self-serving themselves and friends at the long time investors expense!! Their only knowledge is how to con and not to manage.  Duscusting how this is similarly being played out in much of the industry with similar likes of cons!!!

I was told that they are busy working on closing the acquisiton og Final Bell Canada and should make them the 5th LP in terms of market share. the completion of this acquisition further increases their revenue base allowing better absorbtion of facility overheads and public company admin costs, moving BZAM towards positive EBITDA position on a sustainable basis which is Significant.I may also
