So someone was interested in buying the shell for an interesting AI startup but no one answers the phone or returns messages. They are too busy to answer the phone? Panhandling, picking up cans, playing solitaire on the library computer?
Try phoning the company 15 or 20 times and see what happens? If you are really lucky, the mailbox will not be full.
