It is obvious that Nick needed the money to complete the project. This dilution gives us a chance to increase our portfolio buying the shares for the lower price. Certainly having stable profits with strawberries can improve Nick's financials and overall increase the company's capitalization ( market cap). Then the price will go up. Probably it'll take more than 1 year, it depends...
