RE:RE:AGRA LICENCE>If you go onto the health canada webpage>>https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-medication/cannabis/industry-licensees-applicants/licensed-cultivators-processors-sellers.html and google the companies that have received their licence in the last 6 months and go to their compaines website, source their pr news or sec file and it will state when they applied..approx to the day, it took 14 weeks. I loaded up for the last time at .17 ( i did the same last year, same time..oish! )  and i would think it will stay here or a tad lower or a tad even higher, until the news on licence two fridays from now..i will be happily shocked if it's this Friday..
