I have sent a few emails to Ryan and have received no response.   I know of others whom have done the same thing and have not received any response.   There is also Ritchie who did the video with Ryan and was supposed to get a follow up with him in January 2022 and, he has stated that he has not heard back from the company.

It does appear that there is a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT IN PLACE.

I believe that Poda has been approached by Philipp Morris, that they are in negotiations and, that a deal will be announced that will answer all questions. 

There is absolutely no way that Ryan becomes this quiet, ignoring emails, ignoring stock price, ignoring phone calls, refraining from press releases, etc....UNLESS if something BIG is happening behind the scenes.

Big Tobacco may not want the competitors to know that they are negotiating with Poda.

Time will tell, but something is up for sure.
