So what does this stock do from here?

I wish the market in general wasn't so sketchy or I'd be inclined to hold long term. But conditions have me thinking take profits? No guts no glory though.

In normal times I would never hesitate to take profits on a penny stock and these are very uncertain times. Also Markets have been very volatile and we do not know when and how the whole pandemic is going to end

Yeah, I'll kick myself if it runs though. I'd rather lose a couple grand in unrealized gains that peel off than lose 2 or 3 times today's profits by selling early.
