Rare Earth Co's. - Market cap comparisons

Appia has a tiny market cap compared to other rare earth companies out there- it is approximately only 1% of the combined market cap of Lynas Rare Earths and MP Materials.

-Appia is spending $5 mil on diamond drilling at Alces Lake in 2021.

-They have over 70 targets and only 1% of the property has been explored so a lot of room for growth IMO.

API drilling to begin soon I believe! Western countries are very hungry for homegrown rare earth minerals and Alces Lake is in Saskatchewan. Also the Saskatchewan Research Council is building an REE processing plant in the same district! Amazing good luck as the licenses can be hard to get because of waste issues etc.

You mention the difficulty of securing permits, however with the monazite sitting at surface, the only licence we will need to begin production is a mere quarry licence!  How good is that? Lots to love about API!

The Saskatchewan Research Council will have the knowledge and licenses to deal with the waste rock- that is the beauty of having them build a processing plant in the same district!
