Just Today BZAM Group was Granted Protection
from Ontario Superior Court of Justice, in order to restructure their business and financial affairs. This was formally th Green Organic Dutchman.
BZAM Group, "Due to, among other things, margin pressures caused by significant competition and the fragmentation of the cannabis industry, and financial underperformance and pressures resulting from obligations owing to creditors, the BZAM Group has been unable to generate positive cash flows and has incurred cumulative losses."
They could have done more cutting, reducing the number of board directors, better informing the shareholders and so on. They were very tight lipped about it until the news today.
Which scares me about Australius being very quiet for so long, trading halted, financial filings not done for regulators, our partners, business, do we even have any sales all this time?
We've all been left in the dark!

When it is this quiet it is easy to think the worst. Let's hope there is a good reason for the darkness. I have said it before but TB putting in 8 Mil of his own money is keeping the spark alive. This week might give us some insite.

I think both the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe and the NJ Cultivation facility are both put on hold due to lack of money. Hempire Farms & Mr Natural are the key contributors for cash flow before anything else can move forward. But yes, hopefully we get updated soon.
