Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 29 octobre/October 2024) - Axcap Ventures Inc. has announced a two point four (2.4) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one point four (1.4) additional shares for each share held on such date.
Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 189,034,658 shares issued and outstanding.
All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on October 29, 2024. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.

Axcap Ventures Inc. a annonc un fractionnement d'actions de deux virgule quatre (2.4) pour une (1) de ses actions ordinaires mises et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit la fermeture des bureaux la date d'enregistrement recevra un virgule quatre (1.4) action supplmentaire pour chaque action dtenue cette date.
Une fois le fractionnement ralis, environ 189 034 658 actions seront mises et en circulation.
Toutes les commandes ouvertes seront supprimes du registre la clture du march le 29 Octobre 2024. Il est rappel aux concessionnaires de saisir nouveau leurs commandes.
