I respectfully disagree that BVT's tech doesn't matter.

Why? The economic times we are in and particuarily what is effecting agriculture.

Food production/imports, hampered supply lines for whatever reason and especially drought.

BVT's tech involving waterless delivery and an increased production yields of 30% very much
matters. (see the link for the North American drought map)  Food is every nations most important necessity.

Can dilution happen in a few years? Of course. Yet ....

I've posted the buy out info on the company our CEO was involved with before. Although not a certainty here but simply an optimistic comaparison $500 mill is sweet. Management has always been conservative and cautious.
