Curious about this stock

This stock was suggested to me because of its holdings. I have to admit though, i am reluctant to invest seeing how much the stock has gone recently. Anybody care to offer an opinion on what is happening here.

BFG has had two rollbacks to date, one a 10-1 and the last a 20-1 I see a real reason to be leery of this stock. They just finished a PP and want to list the warrants, same old pump out the shares and change the company name and roll the shares back again? Am I wrong? It was also suggested to me...
