Will this POS be shown the door? Obviously everyone knows he is a scam artist paying himself and his cronies 50% of the companies MC annually? What happened to 1-3% management fees?

Lol they all just got voted in 99% with 50% of the float voting, which likely represents all of the shares the board holds. I told him it would be down to being worthless after the split, and guess what thr MC is less then their salary, by a long shot. Just a scam, keep voting each other in, Jose retail and repeat.
