why do they need cash for research ????

They say they need cash for research and development .If there part of this partnership is sales of existing technology why would they need money for research and development.Would someone who realy knows whats going on explain where all this money is going they just barely closed the lasy pp,I dont even know if I am in and they opened another one??

I agree with that Risky . If your better and cheaper then Telsa you need to stay that way and any more improvements to whats already Disruptive tech can only lead to more Market Share  taken away from Telsa and more sales . Again after this PP they are cashed up bigtime and warrents at a buck Pack the War chest for tons of news on sales and contracts so next raise will be well into the

Well, there is the EcoVille project which is a community project, and then Daymak electric vehicles that are in need of ACDC battery install and fit up for comfortable riding, advertisement for sales. Alot of things that can be going on here. But that is just my opinion, and among other things that i woulld not be aware of. JMO, GLTA...

New products to be developed such as EV charging stations and residential EV charging equipment for the ecoville project may take some cash to design and develop. Plus any cash may be needed for the upcoming JV with HRH/Anigo to produce a finished product  Lots going on. Just have to open your eyes to it.
