why did they cancel shares? I dont understand this. In addition, effective April 12, 2021, the Company received voluntary contributions of capital from existing shareholders, resulting in the cancellation of 9,780,000 Common Shares. The total number of Common Shares outstanding is consequently reduced from 177,290,212 to 167,510,212 Common Shares.
