FYI, I just received this info from the people running this class action. "Yes, the lawsuit that resulted in the settlement is about the company lying to shareholders about its various transactions.  Mainly the allegations are that the company failed to disclose that the CEO's brother was involved in these transactions and profited from them." Can you post that please?  I have read the case and I saw no mention of Roger or a brother.

Ok, I'm not 100% sure on that. I'm probably not going to bother filing anything since I doubt it would be worth my time. I see Brax doing new things with Irwin Naturals and other advancements. I also see other tickers in this sector way down. I'm hopeful this will recover eventually! It's hard to beleive all the advances we've made since I invested years ago have not
