FN taxes - I guess - who pays for the rest of the roads in Ontario ????

Ontario already pays for winter roads and maintenance and it's a lot more money, but railway maintenance will pay for itself (employing FN) not to mention service road to Ring of Fire, FN west of the ROF will need to decide the roads they need (Noront can build those, nice gesture)
