If anyone cares to look at the final court decisions between cliffs and kwg over the rail route you may find that any company that might want to build a railroad over that land could get a Right Of Way over the kwg land holdings that would only take up 50 yards wide or so to put a rail on. That and considering kwg gave up their patent rights to China who is the largest chromite user in the world, WELL, Frank and the boys can use kwg money to hire the rail pro but all that work may go to somebody else. Don't jump through the roof when you read this , just do some research.
