Our Float

Too many shares out and if we need to raise $$ to advance our very promising assets then more PP's will follow. How many shares at 3.5 cents will be needed. We could reach 1 1/2 bill shares.  By doing a reverse split here, we stand the chance of share price falling? maybe?
But by issuing and allowing conversions to these new class of shares, while leaving the reg. shares to trade freely. I think this tactic slowly takes our reg. shares out of the float. So at some point of time when the A shares are firmly implamented and new funds paid for by these A shares. Guess at a 100 to one if all subscribed now we would have float around 10 mill. or or 50% , or 500 mill kwg and 5 million A shares. Is my math close enough?

Wouldn't an off-take agreement solve many issues?
Comment by ClayTaurus on Aug 26, 2021 1:41pm
Provided the discount results in a higher valuation than equity, an off-take would be a win, I suppose.

Yes, of course, just putting it out there. Remebering back, Frank felt institutions ect would not be attracted to our low share price, thus the A shares. Still believe that is the Main goal. R

actually a lot of institutions won't finance for the single shares but the multiples applied at least that's how I understood it

So once we meet a milestone, that would cause our share price to rise 5 to 10 fold, I can see marketing the A shares very marketable. I know i am v optimistic with recent events in ROF, attracting companies that can make the right moves with all locals and EV. Money no problem and   concessions can and will be worked out. How fast, I dont know.  Been in since Spyder days, with a ...more

It would be funny if my vision of KWG'S eagles nest came true. You heard it here first Folks. KWG'S Eagles Nest.  Glta  Even the heatstoked gone fishing in the mist of a foggy daze.

Wouldn't surprise me to find out KWG make a move on some proven nickel deposits, just don't want to see KWG start creating debt on this project unless an off-take follows that news. We know what huge debt has done to Noront and don't want that happening here.

Totally agree GM.  I assume that Frank doesn't want debt either unless guaranteed by a few billion dollars worth of Off-takes agreements.... IMO  GLTA Pear3

The little mouse that roared!!! BHP could expand to take the ferrochrome and sell the Stainless !!!

I know that this sounds preposterous but being USA wants these minerals and Chromite is a very strategic mineral and only large source in North America is in the ROF, would Cliffs be a player which would once again take a stab at the ROF (with backing by USA government) and instead make off-take agreements on the minerals to supply America and increase their portfolio once again? I just got an ...more
