ET,  until the FN Band councils can agree to the Treaty area response and NOT as an individual hands out ridiculous approach, this project is NOT happening ie CLIFF's premonition. There are too many OUTSIDE the RoF influences sticking their fingers in the discussions pie.  Simply sad.....

BINGO ,,, we have a winner!!! Unfortunately they do not speak with one voice. Thats why in one of my previous posts i hinted that they must stand , hand in hand , and all together move forward. The Attawapiskat way ( and a few others) really hinders this process. We need something on paper that everyone can call square one. IE the first step forward. In my opinion E.T.
