The important part of that map is that it shows that most of the corridor where the road will go is 100% owned by KWG so if Fords announcement is about the road, it will be obvious that KWG will benefit big time.  They are driving that point home by publishing that map at this time.

Remember they do not "own" the corridor. The Court of Appeal said, " Likewise, the only reasonable interpretation of the Act is to read it as meaning that a proposed railway is not a “mine”. The surface rights of the holder are limited to the parts necessary for prospecting, exploration and mining “therein” – that is, in the claims themselves, not in claims at a distant location ...more

Looking at map it seems KWG has a lot of the aggregate on their claims. anyone have a educated guesstimate as to how many tons needed for road/ rail beds. and what is this aggregate worth per ton. thanks

It is to refresh memory to exactly who laid claim to those aggregate claims .. Ford is scheduled to release route news in a week or two and it lets Gump be fully aware the minining route needs that aggregate .. It could also very well be tied to Saudi and the last news about  Director ? Things are being linked and lined up .. more or less this news was a friendly reminder and making sure all ...more
