If this wasn't signed and written on Gov't letterhead paper l would have thought for sure it was written by Donald J Trump or a cohort.  Bottom line this is a classic example of how to put a project in permanent DELAY mode.  586 days later where are we, NOWHERE period. Too many loopholes for Ford to navigate on any announcement for the RoF without causing a big hoohaw with the ...more
