This is done atleast until spring. Ford gov. Scrambling to try and save Trudeau's mess with the US. Cash and time will be spent on solving border security problems.
It seems such a shame that projects like these don't get fast tracked into production .
Maybe Musk/Trump should purchase Canada lol. Give every citizen 10-15 million to sign onto becoming a yank. Then keep the illegals here to work. Solve a couple problems at once, save the battles, and move on
