this is the closest we have ever been to having all the proponents, oponents and stake holders on the same line, facing the same direction looking at the same goal that I can ever remember. Not saying chromite is heading to the states yet, but it is a positive sign and not a negative sign in my opinion.

STNT, to be corrrect  I never said it was a negative sign,l merely pointed out that any update from jT's libs always and l say again always has inserted somewhere in the document a negative clause which delays implementation of the process to the next step, therefore forcing FN communities to live in the squaller and unhealthy conditions resulting from the  lack of modern ...more
