RE:Canadian investment revolutionary = Huge Joke The regulators are surely at fault for a number of things. One is the allowance of naked short selling with exept status which destroys these companies and makes it very difficult for companies to raise money at reasonable levels. If naked shorting didn't drive the price down perhaps CANN could have made a decent raise to get them through.
