BCSC inquiry reply I copy and pasted my Response from bcsc after someone below recommend making a complaint. It sounds like they may be back and we aren't out of money, if they don't comply, then it's theft and someone needs to find this ceo. I'll track him down in person if I have to
Thank you for contacting the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) regarding Empower Clinics Inc. (ECI).
As you may know, on August 3, 2022, a Cease Trade Order (
CTO) was placed on ECI for not filing required records with the BCSC. Once ECI has updated its filings, the BCSC will revoke the CTO.
In paragraph 8, the CTO states that a beneficial shareholder of ABC who is not, and was not at the date of this order, an insider or control person of ABC, may sell securities of ABC acquired before the date of this order if:
1. the sale is made through a regulated market outside Canada, and
2. the sale is made through an investment dealer registered within Canada
