Safe Banking ACT

Several bipartisan senators are weighing in on the prospects for a vote on a marijuana banking bill—with Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) saying he hopes it will be "sometime in September" and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) saying he wants to "get some equity issues" attached.
  • Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI), who has raised concerns with one section of the SAFE Banking Act, said negotiators are "making progress" toward resolving the issue
