Now we have Brad announcing another non independent Director to the Board today to stack it in his favour even further. My guess is that Brad has killed the CGOC deal and who knows where the other loan of 900,000 to build the Dispensary is at. Would not surprise me if he hasn't screwed it up either. This is all getting to be such a joke!
We do not have one independent Director on the Board. Brads announcement today confirmed it. You want proof, then just follow the Companies our Directors are involved in:
Mota Ventures
Joel Shacker - President
Chad Clelland - Director and also founder of you guessed it Rainy Daze
Core one Labs
Patrick Morris Director and Director of Reward Stream and previous CEO of Prime Energy
Joel Shacker Director and President of Mota Ventures and Advisor to Rainy Daze
I believe Chad Clelland is also on as an advisor
Rainly Daze
Chad Clelland FOUNDER
Joel Shacker Advisor
Reward Stream Solutions
Joel Shacker CEO
Patrick Morris Director
Prime Energy
Joel Shacker
Patrick Morris former CEO and President.
Pretty easy to get the picture that these guys all know each other and have dealing with all the above Compnaies..
Then there is NZZ consulting and its subsiduariy Ihuana SAS with Joel and Patrick. Millions and millions of shares issued when turning or buying out comanies each are associated with.. Look back and see the Rainy Daze Brad put together. Brad gave almost 20% of COOL away and to this day we know nothing about the Company or what more it is going to cost going forward..
Not a single corporate update from Brad in over the past six months. He could care less about any shareholder. The man has got to go, but now he is setting up for the AGM vote by stacking the Directors and those he has given shares too..
How much are we in debt Brad? A million or more I would have to assume now and still no Dispensary built nor any update to inform shareholders where we are at. What is the deal with the Dispensary? Are you going to give a huge portion of that away just as you did with the Rainy Daze Deal.
Your every move is being watched Brad.
Call the vote Brad !! Every shareholder is waiting.. We want to see exactly why you have been silent for so long. No one trusts you Brad. NO ONE!
Agree 100% Nickel...this "new & growing" BOD (again, cherry-picked by Brad) is far from being independent, unlike US Customs (aka Phil's twin) wants you to think.
This unfortunate scenario was very predictable & we are well BEYOND the point of making compromises or trying to negotiate with Brad. Plan B seems to be a failure before it began. I'm not certain anymore if the loyal shareholder base even has enough votes now to make serious changes. Brad is doing everything he can to build his army that will march in line with his agenda & add to his wealth, whether he remains as CEO or not.
IMO, if Brad plans to remain with this company after the AGM, it will be high time to grab the bull by the horns & proceed with a thorough securities commission investigation for Brad's immediate dismissal as CEO...his laundry list of reasons have clearly soiled this company's reputation, not to mention thrown CEO performance standards/ethical governance out the window. BYW, I'm certain there are former employees (I have two in mind) & perhaps even one or two current ones that wouldn't mind talking. Brad's conniving, self-serving ways (CEO interests before the company's) & complete disrespect for the shareholder base is never going to stop otherwise. If this latest "crony-addition" to the board doesn't convince Vik, I fear nothing will.
In the meantime, no word about financials, no word about company status/progress, no word about an upcoming AGM. Even if Brad's out soon, which crony is next in line? And what about the unique concept of allowing your shareholder base to "elect" a truly independent board member(s) at an AGM? ...and maybe WE can elect someone who is truly independent...one who is a respected professional that has absolutely NO association with the MJ/Mining/Real Estate industries or any affiliation with a company on the CSE/Venture or other vulture exchange?
Is the CSE blind?
