RE:RE:RE:RE:Circulars are filed.

CBG is kind of an interesting arb deal with some cash. Competitive situation trading below deal with the recent bid being about half cash.

RE:RE:Circulars are filed.

Posted this on the V.RYG board. I have been thinking about this a lot too. I would prefer a return a wind up and a return of capital for both RYG and CRG but I know that won't happen with the ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:the deal is more likely structured to

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:the deal is more likely structured to

Isn't Corona sitting on a large chunk of cash? NAV should be pretty close to it's cash holding IMO, however the market cap is lower than it's cash holding - go figure!!!!

RE:RE:RE:RE:the deal is more likely structured to

if the deal were to fall apart,  do you have the latest NAV for CRG? I dont think it will ... but wit h gold crashing you never know if Osisko might pull its funds? thanks

RE:RE:RE:RE:the deal is more likely structured to

Thanks... my take was that EAG has the main properties to develop and TME secondly..  and that CRG and RYG are providing the money.. and Osisko of courese.  Cant recall if OBM has property ...more

RE:RE:RE:the deal is more likely structured to

I don't there is a lot of risk in the deal failing unless someone comes along to buy EAG, RYG and CRG.  I think it's hard for OBM to match and not sure if Dundee would want to go along ...more
