CBG is kind of an interesting arb deal with some cash. Competitive situation trading below deal with the recent bid being about half cash.

good points... i assume RYG was rather closely controlled but I dont follow it. I have a little EAG... in this environment to expect cash paid out is crazy... they could have wound up RYG

Isn't Corona sitting on a large chunk of cash? NAV should be pretty close to it's cash holding IMO, however the market cap is lower than it's cash holding - go figure!!!!

I don't there is a lot of risk in the deal failing unless someone comes along to buy EAG, RYG and CRG. I think it's hard for OBM to match and not sure if Dundee would want to go along
