It seems Maxim (and others who do co-placements with them) do this ALL THE TIME. It seems weird SEC has not picked up on the financings on the USA side and I wonder if any of you have any idea what it means when they say "The shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrants can only be purchased together in this offering, but will be issued separately
