Low volume

I bailed out of this one a while back at 50% loss.  This thing has such low volume, barely a heart beet; who trades 500 and 1000 share lots to keep it alive?  Who do you think even trades this thing?  Mgt sure grants healthy options.  Where does the $$ go?
