Colombia prevails??

The Colombian government interprets the ruling to be in their favour and that they are not liable to pay.  Well, that is a bit of a problem, no?

The ruling did indicate that the Colombian government violated a article of the free trade agreement.  Is that what Eco Oro bases their interpretation on?

So are we further ahead in understanding the outcome here?

It is semantics Tired. The Colombian statement is correct.
