Complete incompetency of this CEO based on the forecasts from 2 years about and number of clinics and estimated revenue range expected.  it's always somebody else's fault with this CEO and no accountability of failure on so many fronts to date. Stock price is dead that cannot even be used as currency anymore - who knows what the cash situation will be in a few months again! I think
