WTF !!!!!????

These guys are hilarious ... "FAR Resources Ltd .. is pleased to announce preparations are underway for the drilling and exploration programs at its 100% owned Winston Gold and Silver Project located in New Mexico, USA.
The Company intends to initiate a 1,650-meter diamond core drill program of up to 15 holes, consisting of 110 meters in depth, targeting the Ivanhoe-Emporia patented claims. "

Is this for real??
They forgot they already announced this Back in April??  "Preparations are underway" .. "The company intends to intiate a ..."

Hey Ms. Kozmo.   Let me explain the difference between the two news releases for you.  The one in April released further data and samples and said drilling was planned.   Yesterday's news release provided more details on the drilling.  You can easily discern a lot.  Let me explain.  You have spent a lot of time and posts trying to establish that they had ...more

LOL ... you do understand they did the same thing with the Zoro play right? put out a NR announcing they were getting ready to drill the thing ... how did that work out for you? Seeing a pattern here? As for paying for the drill program ... their last Financial Statements pretty much tell the tale. They have little or no funds.  Now with that in mind go back and re-read the careful wording ...more

Your lack of understanding of financial fundamentals is a little embarassing.  Let me explain it to you again..... The financial statements ended and included for period ending December 31,2020 that you keep referring to "susequent events" on the financial statements AFTER DECEMBER 31st, that are new events are not recognized in the financial statements period and as a subsequent ...more

LOL, you "forgot" the $710K Accounts Payable" and the $30K monthly burn rate and the $100K / month in "Management Fees". Throw that in your math and get back to us on how much money there is left for thuis intended drill program. You still haven't quite managed to explain what happended to the Zoro drill program they announced just prior to this one....  Oops?

Here's a hint why they aren't wasting what little money they have drilling the failerd Zoro play ... "Far Resources Ltd. has corrected some statements made in the news release issued on Feb. 4, 2021, regarding its Zoro lithium project in Manitoba. The company fully retracts the reference to 13 million tonnes of indicated resource on the property. No such resource exists"

Again, I've explained there is a serious issue regarding fundamentals of finance.  Your attempting to use past managments history as a reference point and they are no longer running things. The company has new management since late July and previous mangement burned through money as well as had much higher consultant and mangement fees.  For last three months ending December 31st ...more

Thery haven't filed their montly report for April yet?  It was due beofre close of the 5th day of the month.  You mean they can't even manage a 2 page cut'npaste montly report as well as screwing up simple NR's? Also, you kind glossed over the fact this crew actually did put out a 43-101 number for the unfortunate Zoro play. One of 8 dykes had anything even worth ...more

"This Monthly Progress Report must be posted before the opening of trading on the fifth trading day of each month."  You figure they just couldn't manage this task? are completely inept? or have something they would really rather not report?

How's your weekend?   I can't answer certain questions for you as mentioned, I'm only shareholder but I can help you with you with your knowledge and it seems like you're not well versed on lithium.  Let me explain.   Some of the top lithium companies in the world are located in Australia.  For example, look at the #3 lithium company, another ...more

LOL, the Wodgina deposit has 151,900 000 tonnes of 1.17%  The Zoro play has ... 13,000,000 tons of 0.91%, oh wait ... "The company fully retracts the reference to 13 million tonnes of indicated resource on the property. No such resource exists." p.s. how's that BattMat JV thing working out for you?
Comment by KozmoT on May 18, 2021 5:51pm
I need to make a correction to one of my own posts, I had stated the Zoro play had 13 million tonnnes of 0.91 Li2O. I was way off ... its actually ... 1.1 Mt. (not a typo) That was in response to Karina's comical comparison to the Wodgina 151.9 Mt deposit. In other words, its even more pathetic than i orginally meant.
Comment by KozmoT on May 12, 2021 11:34pm
p.s. you never did quite manage to explain what happened to the immediately previous drill program they announced they "intended" to drill ... the magiaclly disappeard Zoro disaster. Oops?
