So what moat does heat have.

HEAT  is being pumped over at EXRO board   
From Sedar  it appears  Heat  started in uranium then oil and now EV They are at Zero revenue and it appears they only  have one   patent application  from this year . I cant locate anything else . If there is more actual patents please provide 

Is there any other actual  patents  and is there any actual moat .

That what Ive been asking  for . Maybe you and "your team"  can come up with some numbers. I did a patent search and find lots or Exro's but can find none for Hillcrest Energy .   Maybe I am missing something.   Why dont you tell us some of the patent numbers so we can see what MOAT or IP they have

I wrote to HEAT  and they provided this Patent Charging system patent so they have one patent and they provided a link to  this press as referance for additional info Hillcrest announces Robust tech

Maybe someone else can find otherwise but I think   US202163193361P  is only an application and not a granted patent.  Can   anyone  find the status

I could not get numbers or names of inventors to come up in the US Patent records, ie. Application Number, Publication Number and they did not give us a Patent Number.

Not sure what this item below means but it is dated in 2023: (EPO meaning European Patent Office) WIPO means World Intellectual Property Organization I tried a search of the 2022246573 in the EPO system but it does not recognize it -- but then I am not sure of what I am doing in there. Did a search on the Hillcrest name and came up with all the following (does not paste or format all that well). Still no reference to a patent number. It gives another US patent publication number but I can't get that one to come up in the USPTO either (US202163193361P·2021-05-26). Going in circles at this time!   EspacenetPatent search

The way i read  it is the US patent is an application and not yet granted as I cannot locate any status   The second is just  a world but based on the US application .  Around 90 % of patent applications are rejected and then 90 % of the approved are not economilly viable later.    I would be really helpful if some of the bulls could link us to the  patent

Seems US patent has been filed and is pending ...real status unknown but no NR saying patent denied, delayed etc, WIPO is interesting source of info, but to my understanding, is a place where IP is registered and members states are eductaed in their use and ownership rights and abilities to license it ....given German participation...??? Dunno anything really
