so we know these guys were in court last week over the last substantial claim against them.. no word of the outcome though?

This is really a wait and see type of situation for those holding. The good news is that it has been halting through this industry wide slaughter. Best case scenario, they emerge from CCAA with 10M$ in the bank, and they can restart operations in Nevada and Colorado and assess plans to open up shop in Cali and really best case scenario they come out of hibernation at a time when MJ isn't in ...more
