Yes this company has the approval from HC to sell their products to the provinces but there are "no" approvals from the provinces therefore there are no sales in canada. Ya then you look at TELE and the free paper, the 2 cent paper and the 5 cent paper they gave themselves while they sold the pp at 35 cents. Now you see that free paper flooding out and law suits. you were bang on  TELE 32% down this morning  the 0.02 and 0.05 paper IMO selling off  before investing in $HYTN check the other tickets Parmar was involved  looking for tax loss paper, be my guess go for it

This company is just hype, where are they what are they selling? How well are their products selling? These are the top three with the most beverage products for sale. Hexo 28.6%, Canopy 25.4% and Molecule 19%. We know where the big boys are with their share price but the little known MLCL has 19% share of the beverages being offered and it's at 8 cents per share. You see a massive disconnect

Ok, so you convinced me that Chemesis and Aman Parmar could very well be bad actors, even though I do not know them at all.  However, from the public information I have seen does not suggest that they are anything more than shareholders.  They do not have a role on the board or management team.  Perhaps dig up some crediable information on what percentage of HYTN these characters
