Dilute it hard to feed the BEAST then consolidate and repeat the SMELLY JOB again and again. Legit as long as you have gullible Suckers and filing your pumping news and meeting regulatory filings requirements. SPEND the money on related entities for consulting fees, administration and BLAH BLAH BLAH!! Happens a lot in the penny stock world. In few years, they will dilute the story to near 200 million shares and repeat the game again. Always looking for new SUCKERS!! AVOID BAD STOCKS!!
