HERZLIYA, Israel, and CALGARY, Alberta, July 25, 2023 /CNW/ -- Innocan Pharma Corporation (CSE: INNO) (FSE: IP4) (OTC: INNPF) (the "Company" or "Innocan") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 17,220,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.23 per Unit for gross proceeds up to C$3,960,600 (the "Offering").
