Oops 4.5M on the ask at 0.035. News after close about delayed financials or something?  Might as well call it a cease trade.

It's obvious to everyone that there is close to zero interest for this stock, because of the lack of business and the very low SP. one way to attract more interest is to get rid of the share structure load, by doing a share consolidation like 1:10, and at the same time you eliminate the existing share holders (reset, bye bye). That is last resort solution that buys a little bit of time, before

We see about 500K at 0.035 which most of it is taken out already but I'm betting they are hiding at least another 1M there.  I hope I am wrong, but for some reason I don't trust them.

The new rule now is PPs can be done at 0.03, the min 0.05 was just lowered recently. Wonder at what price the strike will be for this financing, I guess we will find out probably tonight or before open on Monday?

The 3M wall at 0.045 suggests the PP will be done at 0.04 or 0.045??
