As expected. Niantic has asked for a dismissal, and attornies want to "earn" a little cash.  The give and take of this case could drag on for months, but none of us knows what behind the scenes action is playing out or will play out. 

If the suit is the cornerstone of your investment here- take a deep breath, and hold it. Otherwise, you must cross your fingers for AP to pull some revenue from somewhere (or) PP's to keep us treading water.

p.s.  If you simply Google " Pacer Monitor ImagineAR " you will have a good outline of current and future court events in our case without joining/logging on to the actual PACER system. Slackers. Tx
