Auxly secured.MNP insolvency web site has an affidavit dated Feb 13 from the "ceo"
It is a tale of woe, the key documents are the secured claims. It has been posted here that I was incorrect in saying Auxly is in the way of selling the real estate.
They are registered as secured.
Zero chance anything gets done without their consent.
Read the document. Appalling.
