RE:RE:Benefits to LUR shareholders of ATHA's acquisition

RE:RE:Benefits to LUR shareholders of ATHA's acquisitionAll you have to do to get those benefits from ATHA is to:
  1. Surrender to them 72% of the 43.3 million lbs. of proven uranium. and
  2. 72% of the current Labrador assets, and
  3. 72% of the 10 million C$ that LUR shares presenty own as an independent Uranium company entitly.
Then a YES vote will get your somewhere around 25 to 35 cents a share in return - and your new ATHA share will bring you 27.6% of what you currentlly own with your LUR.share..

Instead of owning the current 43.3 million pounds in the ground of uranium belonging to LUR shareholders, those  taken over LUR shareholders will have rights to own 43.3 million lbs of U x 27.6 % = 11.95 million lbs. while all  the other ATHA shareholders will share in the acqured 32 million pounds that they get from a takeover LUR shareholders.

ATHA has no proven U in the ground of its own unless you give 3/4 of yours to them. What is that 32 million pound of U in the ground worth now and there is much more there tobe drilled out this year?

These are my calculations - Compare for yourself what you will actually have if ATHA gains control over your LUR shares and assets.
