I don't take asking this lightly, but is there some possibly some mental health issues at play here? The lack of follow thru, and I read on CEO.ca about emails and phone calls going unreturned as the rule, not the exception. This just isn't normal behaviour, especially for a microcap management team. It does fit the bill of my original question though. ...more
