I'm going to guess that we may not get the agreement signed and announced until after the financials are released. And we may get other news releases from now until then. Or we get the agreement signed before the financials and then we see other news releases after the financials. Either way I predict we have news release(s) coming before financials are released in December.

I'm also interested in news releases regarding European countries. Last time I emailed Nick he said "the regulations for Europe are complex, but not impossible". And if there's anyone that understands regulations and can get a deal done, it's Nick. So I think anything out of Europe will take more time then anything we see signed in North America. When Nick is back in Europe that's when we may see deals being signed. Anything I see signed from Europe before that, I'll view as a bonus.

Also depending on what deals are being signed, some deals may require the other party's desire to see the audited Y/E financial statements first before going forward.
