ORIGINAL: Lophos Holdings Inc. Announces the Completion of Securities Purchase Agreement with ThreeD Capital Inc.

Why would 3D not just buy on the open market?  They would pay 50% LESS per share???

Paid $0.06/unit, w. $0.10 warrant attached expires in 3 years.

Market is $0.03 - $0.035, plenty of shares on the offer.

They must be hurting for cash...really hurting.
