Upward momentum & upside.....destroyed!
All because of stupid shenanigans and a decision based on greed & dubious motives. Had the company been totally transparent with investors & not made the decisions they did, this stock would be over a dime by now on its way to the twenties. As i predicted they it would be BEFORE that disasterous choice made by the compant's mgmt. Now, as the insiders, the momo's & day traders play with this and as arbitration takes hold, this will be stuck in limbo and a very tight lowball range for a very long time. The only thing that will really push this closer to a dime now, is constant daily volume well above 10M & a Bitcoin price pushing well ovder $60k. Anything else will be completely futile.
As usual, bad decisions are always followed by a horrible consequences for those involved & those with the most to lose. As was the case here. Especially if the timing is completely off or in this case......pefectly buggled or to be more exact....THE perfect storm. In this case, this storm has derailed any possible momemtum the stock had carried with it in the past and practically most of the upside it had with its connection to Bitcoin appreciating. With any luck, of which i don't foresee for us holders having anytime soon, the fools at Graph mgmt ( Ryu specifically) retract their decision to spinoff the various divisions in the company and everything goes back to normal. For those wondering on the odds of that happening? Imo, most likely zero to nil. So don't hold your breath.
In the past, i had rec'd folks buy this company for it's exposure to Nft's & alt coins. But after having months to reflect, absorbing the information and events that have unfolded here and the actions of mgmt, i have concluded that anyone still interested in Nft's or Alt coins consider alternative options. Invest here ONLY if you completely understand the risks you're about to take & you can really afford to lose your total investment. Anything apart from that would be foolish for any investor to do. There could still be a very small smiggen of hope for current s/h if mgmt smartens up sees the light but don't bet the farm on it.

You see the spinoff as a negative? Why? you do know if it's spunoff as a dividend it would be issued as stock to GBLC shareholders.
